Due to high demand, we have sold out of some materials. Any silver-grey hats ordered now will not be manufactured or dispatched until at least late January 2025. Once production begins, all hats require 7–10 business days to manufacture.

Any hats ordered after this date will not be manufactured or dispatched until after 6th January 2025. For orders placed before Friday, 13th December, we will endeavour to dispatch them before the Australia Post Christmas cut-off.

The West Australian-made Earmuff Hat by Newcastle Hats is designed for your comfort and convenience. Handcrafted to accommodate earmuffs, wired headsets, and headphones, this hat combines traditional outdoor style with modern functionality. The earmuff flaps integrated into the brim allow you to wear your favourite headset with ease.
This versatile hat is available with optional features such as a chin strap, extra-large brim, and neck flap, each custom-made to your specifications. It fits most conventional earmuffs, including those with built-in FM and Bluetooth receivers. Pair it with Maxisafe Earmuffs for a perfect match.
The standard version of the Earmuff Hat is crafted from UPF 50+ double-sided cotton drill, bonded to soft and durable Dunlop foam. The gusset, made from a single-sided cotton drill bonded to terry-towelling material, provides extra comfort and sweat protection. This hat is hand washable and can be squashed down and flat-packed into a bag.
