This West Australian-made Earmuff Hat hand-made by Newcastle Hats and is purpose-built to take on earmuffs, wired headsets and headphones. It fits just like a traditional styled outdoor hat, but now you can wear your favourite headset thanks to the earmuff flaps that are incorporated into the brim.

Available with optional extras such as a chin strap, extra large brim and a neck flap, each Newcastle Hats Earmuff Hat is handmade to your specification.

This hat will fit most conventional earmuffs, including earmuffs that have built-in FM and Bluetooth receivers. Do you need earmuffs? These Maxisafe Earmuffs work great with our Earmuff Hats.

This is the standard version of the earmuff hat, it's made from UPF 50+ double-sided cotton drill which is bonded onto a soft and durable Dunlop foam. The gusset (the part that wraps around your head) is a single-sided cotton drill that is bonded onto terry-towelling material. This hat is hand washable and can be squashed down and flat-packed into a bag.

Handcrafted in Western Australia from a quality double-sided cotton drill, bonded over open cell foam laminate, which creates a tough and durable finish.
