The West Australian-made Earmuff Hat: Comfort and Protection in One Design. Handcrafted by Newcastle Hats, this hat is specifically designed to accommodate earmuffs, wired headsets, and headphones while maintaining the look and feel of a traditional outdoor hat. The earmuff flaps, integrated into the brim, allow you to wear your favourite headset with ease.
Breeze/Mesh Version:
Material: Made from UPF 50+ double-sided cotton drill on the brim and top, bonded to a soft and durable foam for a tough finish.
Gusset: Constructed from open mesh material similar to shade cloth (not UPF-rated) for breathability.
Comfort: Terry-towelling brow guard to protect your forehead from sweat.
Customization: Available in a range of sizes with optional extras:
Chin strap and toggle (+$5.00)
11 cm extra-large brim in khaki and silver grey (+$6.00) (Note: Sizes 2XL and 3XL are not available with the extra-large brim.)
Sewn-on poly-cotton neck flap (+$8.50) (Not UPF-rated but durable)
Press-stud removable poly-cotton neck flap (+$16.50) (Not UPF-rated but durable)
This hat is compatible with most conventional earmuffs, including those with built-in FM and Bluetooth receivers. For the perfect pairing, consider the Maxisafe Earmuffs, which work excellently with our Earmuff Hats.
