Bike Helmet Hats - What are your options?
A common enquiry we receive is “what hats will fit on my bike helmet?” We have a few products that have been tried and tested to work, plus some new products that might be right for you.
The first think we need to look at to see If your helmet is compatible is the peak of your helmet. Does your helmet have a peak at the front? Pictured below.
Pictured above is a bike helmet with a peak fitted. This peak will help to secure the recommended products below.

The UVeto Australia Gobi Over Hat is designed for hard hats, however, It will also fit bike helmets with a peak fitted like pictured above. Simply slip over your helmet and tuck the peak into the peak pocket for instant UPF 50+ protection.

The Protecta Cap offers practical and convenient sun protection and can be adapted to fit your bike helmet. Simply tuck the peak into the peak pocket and fit the 3 velcro straps to the bike helmet’s inner webbing. This cap is new to our range, we’ve fitted it to our own bike helmets with good success (pictured below.) You not only need a bike helmet with a peak fitted, you also need a helmet with an inner webbing for the velcro straps to fit to. Most quality helmets should have this.
